Our Story

The Beauty Daws was founded by Louise Daws, a passionate Aesthetic Practitioner and Beauty Therapist, from a dream of creating a welcoming space where clients instantly feel at home. The name comes from Louise's surname and reflects her vision of combining professional expertise with genuine care. Whether you're popping in for eyelash extensions or indulging in advanced skincare, our mission is simple: to make every client feel confident, cared for and completely themselves.

Our delicate logo – a window with rays of light – represents growth, hope and new beginnings, and is a tribute to Louise's daughters, who are already stepping into the beauty industry. Meet Our Team

Louise Daws – Salon Owner, Aesthetic Practitioner & Accredited Trainer 

With over 14 years in the beauty industry, Louise founded The beauty Daws with one goal: to create a salon where every client feels confident in their own skin. Today she leads the business and the team behind it, setting the high standards, personalised care and natural results The Beauty Daws is Known for.
As an accredited trainer, Louise also runs The Beauty Daws Academy, sharing her expertise with the next generation of beauty professionals through accredited lash training. Under her leadership, the salon has been named a finalist for Salon Excellence at The Beauty and Skincare Awards Uk 2026. 

Jodie – Senior Therapist, Level 3 Advanced Beauty Therapist & Permanent Makeup Artist

Jodie is the Salon Manager, Senior Therapist, Level 3 Advanced Beauty Therapist and Permanent Makeup Artist,  with eight years of experience in the beauty industry. She specialises in advanced skin treatments, semi-permanent makeup and a wide range of beauty treatments. As salon manager, Jodie oversees the day-to-day running of the salon, manages staff, maintains professional standards and ensures the smooth operation of the business. 
She is passionate about delivering exceptional results through a calm ,friendly and professional approach. Her attention to detail, leadership skills and commitment to personalised client care ensure that both clients and staff receive the highest level of service and support.

Toni – Senior Beauty Therapist, Level 3 Beauty Therapist & CACI Specialist

Toni is a valued member of the Beauty Daws family and brings around 20 years of experience in the beauty and spa industry. As a Level 3 Beauty Therapist, she is passionate about delivering relaxing, results-driven treatments while ensuring every client feels welcome, comfortable and cared for.
Specialising in CACI treatments, massage therapies, waxing and a wide range of professional beauty treatments, Toni loves hands-on treatments that help clients relax, unwind and leave feeling their very best. Her warm, friendly nature, wealth of experience and dedication to outstanding client care make her a much-loved member of both our team and our salon family.

Leah - Junior Team member, salon assistant & Trainee Lash Artist

Leah joins the team on saturdays, helping to keep the the salon running smoothly and making sure every client is warmly welcomed. She's beginning her own journey in beauty, training in lash extensions this November and starting her beauty therapist apprenticeship next year.
